Add Task Form

By clicking on Add Task button in the main window, the user can either define a new task or add a task that has been previously created. This feature allows the user to manage quickly the active tasks list. A specific task can be removed from the main window by clicking on Delete Task button. The user has therefore the choice of deleting permanently or not the task. All records related to this task will be deleted from the database if the user answers in the affirmative. Otherwise, the task will be still available via the Add Task window.
Manual Entry Form

This software is optimized to fill in a timesheet on real-time basis. However, it could happen that the user wants to set manually the time charged on a specific task. By clicking on Manual Entry button, the user can add, modify or remove time entries to a task on any date. The software will automatically advise the user if any discrepancy between time entries occurs.
Time Sheet Form

By a single click, the timesheet is generated based on the start and end dates specified by the user. This report can be printed and even exported under Acrobat PDF format or Excel sheet. These features allow an easy transfer to your accounting system. Data is stored in a local XML database that can grow as large as you want! There is no limit to the number of tasks you can record.
